The Milwaukee MA882 has been specially developed for determining the Brix value in sugary liquids. Using digital refractometry, the refractive index of a sample is measured and the corresponding sugar content is calculated from this. The measurement result is shown directly on the display, allowing for a quick assessment of the sample.
