Sensor Replacement Instructions

Removing the sensor: 

1.  Switch off the tester. 
2.  Lift the sensor tip, then slide it slightly away from the device. 
3.  Pull the sensor out completely. 

 Attaching the sensor: 

1.  Ensure the tester is switched off. 
2.  Check that the waterproof seal is clean and intact. 
3.  Press the sensor into the device so that hook "A" on the tester fits into hole "a" on the sensor tongue. 
4.  Make sure the seal is not twisted. 

Important: 

After replacement, follow the instructions in your tester’s user manual to resume operation. Calibration—and in some cases conditioning—may be required. (Calibration instructions are included with the product.)

Q: How can I tell if my sensor is worn out? 

A: Perform a 2-point calibration. If a calibration error occurs, this indicates sensor deterioration and the sensor should be replaced.
